Fair enough, people seem to be mostly for it, so we'll do our best to keep it ticking along, and I shall try to be easier going on deadlines.

As a side note, this is the Electoral College map for the 1980 election. I was bored, so I made it. The Progressive/Socialist coalition won 81 votes to 39.

For OYID:
Air Force: Primarily supplied by McDonnell Aircraft, an almost entirely fighter-based force. No dedicated bombers, only fighter-bombers at best. Some 400 aircraft, 200 of which are combat aircraft. Remainder includes AEW, trainer, and transport.
I do not envisage this as meaning the MSAAF is supplied by the PSA or USA, hence the comment. At the very least this means the aircraft aren't supplied by the fascists, since from my discussions with Huo we have a twenty-year old F4-equivalent aircraft, and one assumes that the McDonnell Aircraft corp built them.

So to clarify further for socialists everywhere: every indication is that, unlike small arms and equipment, aircraft are not included in what we've been co-erced to buy, or it was so long ago that it makes not much difference.

The air force is supplied with aircraft by MSA companies, but often times equipment and supplies and such (the little odds and ends) come from companies based in your ever-generous fascist neighbours.

So in a way, you're both right :gameofthrones!:

Minor edits to mention:

- forgot to include the Beautiful America Committee, if you missed it it can now be found at the end of the news (before International news)

- the following line inserted because I goofed: "A second set of documents completely exonerates the State Department from having involvement, including Secretary of State Crocker."

Probably more stuff coming.

RIGHT!

So I goof'd a bit on the budget. There's two separate goofs. The first is that the "Public Order" budget adds up to 17, when only 15 credits of expenditure are listed. Turns out I forgot to add +1 to "Prisons" and "Court Wages". So that's there now.

The other (larger) screw up is that the budget has been off by 10 credits this whole time. Soooo... yeah. You've had a government expenditure of -340 this whole time, not -330. Which, over three turns, makes for +30 to the national debt. My bad guys >_>
