Map is up! Using a Viki II map i found for this game. The flags & naval ensigns on the map are mainly for my benefit(so i don't have to keep reviewing stats to figure out active unit locations in coordination with others). The game is still played like a standard bop concerning the map where it concerns the player, you just get to see what I see.
The Tech tree has been reviewed for spelling, and general errors. Additional examples of each tier have also been added. All thanks to Serens help.
The new addition to the tech tree is the doctrine capability section. This serves as a way to gauge player & npc capability 'at a glance', so none of you have to dig through endless wiki pages, or hammer me with pm's concerning their capabilities.
With the map done,stats shaping up,and tech done, i'm just about ready to post any issues concerning the UN, and am working on initial player adviser briefings.
If all things go according to plan, kick off could be Thursday or Friday night!
