The Russian Federation Calls an Emergancy Session of the UN due to the inactivity and failure of the UN Security Council or General Assembly to make efforts to ensure peace in the middle east. At this point Russia reccomends that it's resoultion propsoed to the GA be voted at at once by all avilible members. Once 7 votes for Yes are acheived it will be consdiered in effect.
