The Great nation of Portugal would request negotiations for a "White Peace" between the great nation of France and the great nation of Portugal.

we would ask these terms besucse we have little to no interest in keeping a state of war
between us and would rather work on other problems with in Portugal's realm. We also can
negotiate a very limited trade treaty between us if at all possible

we will retracted this statement, we instead at this current point to stay neutral until further notice, we
are still sadly at war with you but we will try to remain out of the fight until the leaders with in our own nation
can figure out what's happening

Treaty of Lunéville

Treaty of Peace concluded at Lunéville between the French Republic, and the Emperor and the Germanic Body

His Majesty the Emperor and King of Hungary and Bohemia, and the First Consul of the French Republic, in the name of the French people, having equally at heart to put an end to the miseries of war, have resolved to proceed to the conclusion of a definite treaty of peace and amity.

His said Imperial and Royal Majesty, in conformity with the precedent, has stipulated to agree in the name of the Germanic body.

I. There shall be henceforth and forever, peace, amity, and good understanding between the parties. No assistance or protection shall be given, either directly or indirectly, to those who would do anything to the prejudice of either of the contracting parties.

II. His Majesty the Emperor shall withdraw from the Second Coalition and end all hostilities against France and her allies.

III. The terms of the Treaty of Campo Formio are reinforced and required to be performed.

IV. His Majesty the Emperor recognises the independence of the Batavian Republic and its territorial integrity.

V. His Majesty the Emperor recognises the independence of the Italian Republic and its territorial integrity.

VI. His Majesty the Emperor recognises the Helvetic Republic as the legitimate government of the Swiss people.

VII. French control over the Belgic provinces, stipulated under the Treaty of Campo Formio, is confirmed and recognised.

VIII. The French Republic shall possess in complete sovereignty all territory situated on the left bank of the Rhine. The French Republic formally renounces all possessed territory on the right bank of the Rhine.

IX. It is agreed that His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Tuscany shall renounce, for himself and his successors, all right and title resulting from his former territories.

X. The Italian Republic shall possess in complete sovereignty Trentino, Venetia, Istria, the city of Trieste, and the Dalmatian territories formerly held by the Venetian Republic along the Adriatic sea.

XI. Where in consequence of this settlement, princes and states of the Germanic body will be dispossessed, the Empire shall compensate them duly.

XII. The present treaty of peace shall be extended to and common to the Batavian, Helvetic and Italian republics. The contracting parties mutually guarantee the independence of the said republics.

XIII. The conclusion of this treaty shall not prejudice the execution of continuing war by the French Republic against the Electorate of Brunswick-Lüneburg.

XIV. All prisoners of war on both sides shall be restored.

It is with a heavy heart that we give up the ancient lands of the Papacy, but remember: Temporal power is a fleeting thing, only the will of the Lord perseveres. "Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's", and even the sinful First Consul of France can be redeemed in the eyes of the Almighty, through this diplomatic penance we now undertake together. The times move on, and so must the Holy See. We have ensured that the religious rights of all Roman Catholics of France and Italy are respected, that the holy orders and symbols of the lands are maintained properly, and that Rome remains the beating heart of all Christianity. Italy shall stand unified, the Holy See shall remain sovereign, and there shall be everlasting peace. May God bless us all.

Signed, Pius PP. VII

Bishop of Rome, Vicar of Jesus Christ, Successor of the Prince of the Apostles, Supreme Pontiff of the Universal Church, Primate of Italy, Archbishop and Metropolitan of the Roman Province, Sovereign of the States of the Church, Servant of the servants of God.

You, Consul of France, live beyond the reaches of all but the most dismal civilizations, separated by great seas and mountains of ice and thunder. But to the surprise of all, it was not tribute and a humble heart with which previous rulers of your lands sent your Envoy, and it does not seem that the four remaining men -being treated in a natural tributary of the Great Qing Dynasty as Mandarins, in an audacious and concerning move- have any plans to offer proper fealty to the Lord of Ten Thousand Years.

As instruction as to how this may be done, Zhèn have mercifully dispatched one of your 'Jesuits', instead of abandoning him to the fate of superstitious foreigners, with gifts of porcelain, jade, and silks. Were he an arrival in China, he would respect the ancient rites, and offer subservience to Zhèn, so that he may be treated with due benevolence.

Unfortunately, it seems the four men you have in our rebellious tributary south of Jiaozhi province have done nothing of the sort. Indeed, one might be concerned that the influence of foreigners has provoked such an insolent attitude from the rulers of Dai Viet. It is requested, o Consul of France, that you remember the munificence of Zhèn. Should these men desire to linger within the all-encompassing warmth and progress of Tianxia, for it is known to all that Chinese lands and influences strikes farther than most foreign minds can fathom, we would advise them to return to the Thirteen Factories.

In the spirit of goodwill, cooperation and eternal friendship - prospects we wish to see continue fruitfully, we have concluded the following convention:
Second Convention of Cairo

1. Eager to preserve and build upon the burgeoning good relations of the French Republic and the Ottoman Empire, a secondary variation is made to the Convention of Cairo of [E1800].
2. French forces agree that they shall retain the status of guests of the Ottoman Empire, and will transfer completely any and all administrative functions to the Wali of Egypt by the end of 1801.
3. French forces shall commit to withdraw from Egypt by the end of 1803, shortening their right to remain in the region by two years as a sign of goodwill.
4. Ceasefire and peace is reaffirmed between the French Republic and the Ottoman Empire.
5. The Ottoman Empire shall close its ports to all British trade or trade originating from the domains of that nation.
